Sacred Path to Healing LLC ("we," "me," or "my"), operated by Mary Todd in Parker, Colorado, offers energy medicine and End-of-Life doula support. The people who come to me often share something deeply personal, and I take that trust seriously. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information I Collect

I collect only what is needed to respond to you, schedule sessions, and provide care. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Contact information you submit through the contact form or when booking: your name, email address, phone number, subject, message, and your preference for being reached by email or phone.
• Booking information: the service you select, appointment date and time, and any discount code you use.
• Intake and consent information: responses you provide on client intake forms and your acceptance of informed consent and disclaimer documents. This may include information about your health, well-being, or personal circumstances that you choose to share.
• Payment confirmation details: when you pay through PayPal or Venmo, I receive a record of the transaction: the order ID, the name and email on the payment account, the amount, the payment status, and the payment method used. I do not receive or store your full card number, bank details, or PayPal/Venmo login credentials.
• Technical information: basic information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, as recorded in standard web server logs.

How I Use Your Information

• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To schedule, confirm, and provide sessions, and to send reminders and follow-up related to your appointment.
• To announce upcoming events, when applicable.
• To process and record payments.
• To keep records of informed consent and intake information needed to provide care safely.
• To protect the site from spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for third-party advertising.

Who Else Handles Your Information

I use a small number of trusted services to run the site. They receive only what they need to do their job:

• PayPal and Venmo process payments. Their handling of your payment information is governed by the PayPal Privacy Statement.
• Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the contact form from spam. It analyzes browser and interaction data and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Web hosting and email providers store site data and deliver messages on my behalf.

I may also disclose information if required by law, or when needed to protect someone's safety.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies to keep your booking and checkout process working, for example to remember your reservation as you move between pages. These cookies do not track you across other websites. Third-party services such as PayPal and Google reCAPTCHA may set their own cookies when you use them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the booking process may not work without them.

Confidentiality and Security

What you share with me is kept confidential and is used only for the purposes described here. I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS), access controls, and protections on booking and payment pages. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send highly sensitive details by email or through the contact form if you would rather share them in person or by phone.

How Long I Keep Information

I keep contact, booking, intake, consent, and payment records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. After that, they are deleted or securely de-identified. Contact form messages that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask me at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information I hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your information, except where I am required to keep it (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

To make a request, contact me using the details below. I will respond within a reasonable time, and I may need to verify your identity first to protect your privacy.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, please contact me and I will delete it.
